INNER LIGHT YOGA AND ART RETREAT With Katya Solar

Inner Light with Katya Solar invites you to move with intention, rest with purpose, and revel in the beauty of simply being—together—in the serene embrace of Northern California Wine Country.

Join Katya for a cozy and intimate weekend—just 10 yogis—in the heart of Sonoma, where connection feels easy, laughter flows freely, and every moment is designed to help you rediscover your inner glow. Through grounding yoga practices, meditative art, and joyful community, you’ll return to what feels most true within you.

Settle into the rhythm of autumn—crisp, golden air, vineyards painted in shades of amber and deep crimson, and oak trees releasing their final leaves in a quiet dance. At the end of October and the start of November, Sonoma glows in its most colorful season, offering a gentle invitation to slow down and savor.

During the art meditation session, you’ll select your own mandala design and mindfully color it, letting your intuition guide you. As you create, we’ll engage in a gentle “Question & Answer” game designed to inspire meaningful reflection and conversation. You may uncover new insights about yourself, as well as deeper connections with those sharing the retreat. We’ll close with a light reflection on your chosen colors and what they may reveal about your current inner landscape. No artistic skills are required—just an open heart and a curious mind.

OUR HOME FOR THE WEEKEND

WESTERBEKE RANCH

Built in the 1930’s, it nestles amid stately oaks, surrounded by rolling grass hills and vineyards in Sonoma’s Valley of the Moon.

However you get here, you’ll be sorry to leave. The grace and warmth of the Westerbeke Ranch gets inside of you. Walking the garden paths, warming your hands in front of the crackling “walk-in” stone fireplace, lounging on the lawn around the sapphire pool, or finishing up another scrumptious meal with some extraordinary chocolate mousse dessert, you might hear yourself think, “I could get used to this.”

OUR CABINS

Delightful paths lead to charming redwood cabin retreats, nestled among trees and gardens. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and residence area for privacy and unwinding. For relaxation in the midst of a natural setting, our cabins offer the graceful simplicity that most guests (and their spirits) yearn for.
