What airport should I fly into?

Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar, Bali — the island’s main airport. It’s about 45 minutes from our retreat venue in Canggu, depending on traffic. We’ll help coordinate group transfers closer to the retreat date.

What are the retreat dates?

Our Deep Dive Bali Retreat runs from July 6–13, 2026.

• Check-in: 10:00 AM on July 6

• Check-out: 10:00 AM on July 13

We recommend arriving in Bali 1–2 days early to rest and adjust to the time zone before the retreat begins.

What should I pack?

Pack light, breathable, and comfortable clothing for warm tropical weather.
Here’s a quick list:

• Yoga attire for daily practice

• Light layers (shawl or wrap for evenings)

• Swimsuit and sandals

• Hat, sunglasses, and reef-safe sunscreen

• Refillable water bottle

• Journal and pen

• Light rain jacket (just in case!)

What’s a sample day like?

Our days are designed to balance movement, stillness, and connection:

Morning – Vinyasa flow practice followed by nourishing breakfast
Midday – Free time, massage, or optional excursion
Afternoon – Workshop, beach walk, or rest
Evening – Restorative yoga or meditation followed by dinner and connection time

Each day will carry its own rhythm — spacious, mindful, and deeply rejuvenating.

What are all the room amenities?

Are yoga mats provided?

Yes, yoga mats and props are provided.

Are hair dryers provided?

Yes, hair dryers are available in each room.

Laundry service is  available at this retreat at an extra cost

Do I need to tip?

Tipping  is at your discretion and appreciated. The standard tip is 20%; however, it is up to you if you’d like to extend a tip to guest services.

Is pricing in USD?

Yes.

Will alcohol be served?

Alcohol is not included but available upon request at an extra cost

Is there a vegetarian option for food?

Is there wifi?

Yes, the property offers Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas.

Does the Lodge have a pool or a Sauna?

Yes all of the above plus a cold plunge

What is the weather like in Bali in July?

July is one of the most beautiful times of year in Bali. Expect warm, sunny days around 77–86°F (25–30°C) with gentle breezes and very little rain. Evenings are pleasantly mild, perfect for sunset walks or relaxing outdoors. It’s the ideal season for yoga, beach time, and exploring the island’s natural beauty.

CANCELATION POLICY

XPLOREFIT do not offer refunds for the deposit and payments for any reason.

If you should need to cancel prior to the last payment payment deadline, you will not be responsible for the remainder of your payment. Should you need to cancel on or after the last payment deadline, the remainder of your payment must be paid in full. XPLOREFIT  is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, positive covid test, extended lodging and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Shared Occupancy Suites

For those traveling solo to our retreat, we understand the value of camaraderie and shared experiences. We will diligently strive to pair you with another like-minded participant for our shared occupancy suite. However, in the event we cannot find an appropriate match, please note that you would be responsible for the cost of a single occupancy space. We aim to create a harmonious environment for all and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Travel cancellation insurance

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
