XPLOREFIT Wellness Retreats (“XPLOREFIT,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address and phone number. This also includes anything you share in a form, for example which room type interests you or whether you’ve practiced with one of our teachers.

  • Booking details: when you reserve a retreat, we collect what’s needed to arrange your stay, such as your room choice, roommate preference, dietary needs, and emergency contact. Payments are processed by our booking partner, Squarespace, We travel and Zele. We do not store your full card details.

  • Website and social media: our website and social media pages may use cookies and similar tools, such as the Meta Pixel, to understand visits and show relevant ads.

How we use your information

  • To send you retreat details and answer your questions.

  • To follow up by email, phone or text about the retreat you asked about.

  • To arrange and run your retreat, including sharing the details needed with our hotel and activity partners.

  • To send occasional news about upcoming retreats. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with companies that help us run XPLOREFIT, and only as needed:

  • our booking and payment provider

  • our email tools

  • the hotels and local partners hosting your retreat

  • advertising platforms such as Meta, when you submit a form through our ads

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, run retreats, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Then we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you what information we hold about you

  • correct it

  • delete it

  • stop sending you marketing messages

If you live in California, you have these rights under California law. We will not treat you differently for using them.
