Jen Bayliss
Jen began coaching in 2004.
Besides brief seasons of baseball, soccer, and swimming for youth, she was heavily involved in the running space. This included Running, Strength and Cross Training.
Beyond youth coaching, she has coached adults aged 18-80' year old for fitness and in competition.
Her clients range from "the fitness enthusiast" to "competitive athletes". Sports such as running, duathlons, triathlons, aquathlons (swim & run), and Spartan events, are some areas of her expertise.
She is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with additional specialty certifications.
Claudia Ossa
Claudia is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, specializing in Functional Mobility and currently pursuing a certification in Training Older Adults. Her expertise includes a diverse range of group fitness formats such as Pop Pilates, Zumba, Strength/Cardio Conditioning, Senior Fitness, Bootybarre, Aqua Fitness, and BogaFit.
Claudia's classes are high-energy, designed to keep participants motivated and engaged while emphasizing proper form and posture to prevent injuries. Her mission is to promote healthy living by making fitness enjoyable and accessible to people of all abilities. Passionate about building strong, healthy bodies through a combination of fitness and nutrition, Claudia strives to empower her students to lead healthier lives.
In her free time, Claudia is an avid outdoor enthusiast, often found hiking, snowshoeing, or snowboarding in the mountains. She also enjoys traveling and connecting with new people.
Joyce Hong
Joyce is a passionate yoga instructor who truly loves everything about yoga — from mindful movement to sharing its deeper philosophy. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Vinyasa Teacher Training and has been teaching since 2023.
She leads Joyce_Mindful_Yoga, where she offers Vinyasa, Aerial, and various styles of yoga designed to help students build strength, balance, and inner peace.
Joyce finds deep fulfillment in sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm, believing that yoga is a lifelong journey of learning, growth, and joyful exploration.
Outside of yoga, Joyce also works as a part-time wedding planner and enjoys spending her free time connecting with people, exploring beautiful places, and appreciating life’s simple joys.
Katerina Fragkou
Katerina founded XPLOREFIT in 2015, when she began offering her signature XPLOREFIT class—a dynamic blend of fitness and yoga—at her neighborhood park in Castro Valley, California.
Since then, Katerina has evolved into a dedicated yoga teacher, 200-hour Yoga Training Facilitator, and Legacy Ambassador recognized for her expertise in wellness. Beyond her classes, she has curated and led international yoga and wellness retreats around the world, creating transformative experiences that inspire connection, growth.
Her passion for health and mindful living shines through in everything she does, and she’s deeply committed to helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time by the beach, visiting art galleries, and savoring a cup of coffee over great conversations.
Tiffany Sun
With a background in swimming, Tiffany initially turned to yoga for its physical benefits but soon found herself drawn back for the clarity and release it provided.
Since 2014, she has been sharing her passion for yoga as a teacher.
Tiffany believes that yoga is accessible to everyone and is dedicated to helping others find the balance between strength and flexibility while embracing the potential for change.
She enjoys exploring new experiences and emphasizes the importance of fully immersing oneself in the present moment rather than just collecting experiences.
Tiffany's classes are both playful and challenging, designed to help students connect with their true potential.
